About Eliana Colonna

I graduated in Engineering Physics at Politecnico di Milano with a master in Photonics.

I’ve been working for Cisco Photonics, the Cisco R&D center for the optical technologies in Italy since 2021. I started in the Technical Marketing Engineer team and currently I am covering the role of Optical Architect. In my roles I have developed an expertise in optical transport and Quantum Encryption, managing the lab activities related to test and validation of the technologies that allow the communications to be safe against the quantum computers.
